Paul Reid, Chair
Paul Reid has spent most of his life working in small and medium sized businesses in the areas of sales, management and ownership capacities. He retired as a Business Development Officer with the City of Greater Sudbury in 2019. In that capacity he devoted his time to retaining current businesses and attracting new businesses to Sudbury, particularly in the mining supply and service sector. Paul holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Laurentian University and has held the titles of President of the Sudbury and District Chamber of Commerce, Secretary Treasurer of Sudbury 2001 and Chairman of the Laurentian Hospital Foundation.

Dale Alexander, Vice Chair
Currently the controller for Carriere Industrial supply limited. He has over twenty-five years of finance and management experience with special expertise in business process re-engineering, finance, financial analysis, cost accounting, operations and project management. Dale holds a Certified General Accountant designation as well as a Certified Financial Planner designation.

Sophia Moutsatsos, Secretary
Sophia Moutsatsos is a corporate, commercial and real estate lawyer. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Art Gallery of Sudbury and is a volunteer with the Greek Community of Sudbury. Sophia holds a B.A. (Hons) in Global Development from Queen’s University and a J.D. from the University of Ottawa.

Jennifer Taback
Jennifer Taback is from Shawanaga First Nation and has 10 years experience as a local entrepreneur providing communication strategies and implementation based on research, developing technology, and user engagement. Her background with national organizations such as the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business, Special Olympics, as well as more location organizations has given her extensive insight on working with businesses both large and small. Jennifer is the President and a founding partner of Design de Plume Inc. an Indigenous and women owned, communication firm.
Jennifer Taback is an active board member of several organizations including being the Vice-President of Ethics for the Registered Graphic Designers, board member of the Sudbury Chamber of Commerce, and past Vice-President of the Sudbury Design Society.

Michael Moore
Mike is a lifetime Sudburian, born and raised in Coniston and attended Laurentian University where he earned his Honours Bachelor of Commerce. He is the Chief Operations Officer at Sudbury Credit Union Limited and is a Certified Financial Planner. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Sudbury Food Bank, is a member of the Parish Finance Committee of his Church and is married and the proud Father of the three wonderful children.

Isabelle Ayotte
Isabelle is a well-versed professional who has worked in the economic development industry in the north for 14 years. Her roster of experience includes: community development, entrepreneurship and employability. After working 6 years at the Regional Business Centre as the Business Information and Communications Officer, Isabelle now occupies the role of Director of Employment Services at Collège Boréal – Employment Options. This position requires versatility and strong communication skills to ensure success at 13 various locations throughout the province. Her college education in Business as well as in Graphic Design has provided her with the foundation to kick-start her career. Isabelle also holds a Leadership Certificate through the Ontario Management Development Program (OMDP) and a Laurentian University Certificate in Leadership from the Northern Leadership Program.
